1. Promoter

The promoter is Uniq Stone Pty Ltd, located at 49 Jacobsen Crescent, Holden Hill, South Australia 5088.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to South Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway opens on the 1st of June 2026 and closes on the 1st of July 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements outlined in the original giveaway post published on the Uniq Stone Instagram account.

5. Prize

Two winners will each receive one handcrafted Carrara marble chopping board:

• One oval marble chopping board.
• One rectangular marble chopping board.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes and announced via the Uniq Stone Instagram account.

If a selected winner is found to be ineligible or does not meet these Terms and Conditions, Uniq Stone reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Collection

The prize must be collected by the winner from the Uniq Stone showroom located at 49 Jacobsen Crescent, Holden Hill, South Australia 5088.

Shipping or delivery of the prize is not available.

8. Claiming the Prize

Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this period, is unable to claim the prize, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, Uniq Stone reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative eligible winner.

9. General

Uniq Stone reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Uniq Stone is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
